There are various scenarios on slot machines out there that are unusual to capture on camera. Slot makers very cleverly build in some goals to achieve on certain games that can be tough to obtain, but very exciting when they come out.
Here are a few such scenarios, captured from Brian Christopher’s library of slot videos.
The Literal Unicorn: Three Wilds on Enchanted Unicorn
One of Brian’s favorite high limit games is IGT’s Enchanted Unicorn. In this game, a unicorn on the second, third or fourth reel will turn the whole reel wild when there’s a winning combination.
This unicorn hit saw Brian get all three unicorns in the middle three reels, guaranteeing every line on the 20-line game will be a minimum of a four of a kind. On a $20 bet it was an instant jackpot!
15 Gold Heads: Buffalo Gold Revolution
The Buffalo Gold slot and its brand extensions have a bucket list item for many slot players: The collection of 15 gold buffalo heads. When that happens, all four other animal heads will all have turned to buffalo heads, raising the chances substantially for continuous large line hits.
Brian managed 15 heads on Buffalo Gold Revolution, which can give you a head start on the wheel. He got a substantial head start, retriggered early, and then reached the magical 15 heads, yielding an astounding bonus on a $4.50 bet.
The Unicow: Massive Outcome on Invaders Attack from the Planet Moolah
Brian’s not the biggest fan of the Moolah series, but he did give the game Invaders Attack from the Planet Moolah a try when it first came out, and he got the Unicow:
The Unicow delivers a number of upgrades, including:
- Doubles the spin count awarded for the bonus
- Guarantees a credit prize on every wild cow on the reels, which are won when they are part of a line hit
- Offers one drop-in wilds, which adds a stack of wilds to the top of a reel, helping to increase the chances of more cascades
- Gives multiple reel blasts, which as you build your spin count up for the bonus clears symbols out when nothing lines up, triggering another cascade
He managed 200 free spins to start, and 341 free spins in total after all the retriggers. On a $3.75 bet, he got a handpay of more than $1,700!
The Random Major: Dragon Link’s Special Surprise
We’ve shared this here in the past, but it’s too good not to share – how about a high limit random major caught live?
Brian was playing the Lucky Chance Spin on Dragon Link, putting in $100 and taking an 80% chance of getting a $125 spin. One spin, he dropped four orbs but the bonus bell rang. Why would it do that? Because the game awarded a random Major Progressive Jackpot!
4 x2 Multipliers: The Massive Bonus Line Hits on Dollar Storm
Egyptian Jewels has a very volatile bonus structure – wilds are now x2 wilds, and multiple wilds on a line gives you multiple x2 multipliers. See how Brian got this done:
On his second spin, Brian got a bunch of x2 multipliers, with four lining up on one line and three on another, yielding a $20,000 spin on a $50 bet – a massive 400x result on just that spin.
