The Basics
Caesars Palace Online Casino is among the latest wave of real money gaming offerings introduced by Caesars, one of the largest casino operators in the country. The casino is available in a number of states, including Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
The ties to the mega casino operator are very clear and helpful, particularly for players already in their Caesars Rewards ecosystem, with clear links between the physical casinos and their online option, making it a great choice for players who look to build or maintain status with Caesars.
- Linked to Caesars Rewards, a massive loyalty program tied to Caesars’ physical and online casinos
- Earnings rates for slot play are similar to physical casinos
- Great opportunity for microbetting
- Strong library of content featuring mix of familiar casino favorites and online exclusives
- Robust table games library, including live dealer options
- While comp earnings match physical casinos, it’s not necessarily generous either
- It can take up to 24 hours for tier and reward credit earnings to appear
- Wagering requirements on some bonuses can be higher than other casinos
- Slot paybacks lag their competition
Game Selection

The slot game library is strong, and I recognized a lot of the titles from both popular online casinos lists and those found in physical casinos. They had providers I hadn’t seen pop up as often along with the expected favorites, so along with those like IGT, Light & Wonder and Everi I also saw games by AGS, for instance, which aren’t always available. I also saw popular online providers like Slingo and Reel Play represented, among others.
There’s hundreds of titles available, and it’s great to see variations of Ultimate Fire Link I don’t see as often mixed in with the titles I see just about everywhere. Clearly Caesars Palace Online Casino has taken great effort to ensure they maintain a robust library.
One aspect of Caesars Palace Online Casino that we really appreciated was a very clear minimum and maximum bet display when you switch to the list view. Reviewing games from that perspective showcased just how many games in their library which allow for a 20 cent, 10 cent or even 1 cent minimum bet, which was a surprising amount.
Microbetting has long been, along with better overall expected payback, one of the big perks of playing online. Where physical casinos have to pay for lots of aspects to keep a business in operation, and that leads to increasing minimum bets over time as those costs rise, an online operation has lower overhead, so they can offer games with minimums that can be accessible to small and large bettors alike.
However, Caesars slots often have lower paybacks than their online competition, even if still a step above what would be found in casinos. So that tie to a larger casino operator does have pros and cons.
One early flaw – a.limited ability to search – has been resolved since our last update, with a good fuzzy search in place to save players when attempting to spell the more confusing or complicated game names, or just to step around typos.
There’s a very strong table game selection here, with some options we aren’t used to seeing in other places. For instance, the live dealer games feature Caesars Palace branded Blackjack options, on top of the more traditional online dealer options. Free Bet Blackjack and Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em are also available.
Traditional online table games options are even more robust, with a lot of the carnival games on offer above and beyond the expected traditional set. You’ll five I Love Suits, Mississippi Stud, Casino War and more – plenty of choices for table games players. Many feature minimums that are highly accessible to most players, extending the theme of microbetting.
Video Poker features the standard complement of IGT games that are available on most sites. IGT is the gold standard for video poker, so it’ll look, feel and sound familiar to those who play poker in physical casinos.
Caesars Rewards Program
One major benefit to playing with Caesars Palace Online casino is you have the ability to earn both tier credits and rewards credits when playing online, and those get combined with the tier credits and rewards credits you earn playing in physical casinos.
Caesars has long been one of the more transparent about earnings rates in their program, and online is no exception:
- Earn one Tier Credit and one Reward Credit for every $5 of slot wagers
- Earn one Tier Credit and one Reward Credit for every $25 of table games wagers
These earnings compare either equally or favorably to what you would get playing at their physical casinos, are more generous than the earnings rates a few years ago on their older offerings, and are generally on games that have a higher payback percentage than what they offer in their physical casinos. As a result, these can be very good for players who will want to play online and build towards their Caesars tier score.
If you are unfamiliar with what Tier Credits and Rewards Credits are within Caesars Rewards:
- Tier Credits are your scorecard for what tier you earn. Based on the number of Tier Credits you earn in a calendar year, that determines your status level.
- Reward Credits are your earned comp dollars – 100 Reward Credits are equal to $1 in comps
When you play online, you can build up Reward Credits for use on property at Caesars Casinos, or you can opt to convert them into Bonus Cash with a 1x wagering requirement for slots, meaning if you convert $10 to Bonus Cash, you must wager that $10 through once to be able to cash out, similar to offers you redeem in a physical casino. That conversion rate is better than in person, where comp dollars convert to free play at a 2:1 ratio.
You also have the option to use Reward Credits to book rooms or experiences, or even claim for other items like gift cards or clothing, albeit at a much worse conversion rate than the other options.
As a final note, tier and reward credit earnings aren’t instant – it can take up to 24 hours for your play to reflect on your account. And playing with an active promotion doesn’t always earn you credits.
Other Promotions
Because of Caesars Palace Online Casino being tied to a national company, there are promotions that can link to trip offers and other such options that non-affiliated options simply can’t offer. At the time of writing there were also daily deals offers running, so check back regularly for opportunities to take advantage of offers that they’re extending to players!
On occasion, like in their physical casinos, they will offer promotions such as rewards credit multipliers. One thing to watch for is that only certain games will often qualify, so you will only earn the multiplier on games that are listed as eligible.
