Those of a certain age will likely remember with fondness the game Minesweeper that came installed on computers with Microsoft Windows forever. There, you used strategy and logic to identify where the mines were.
Mines Dare2Win will certainly evoke memories of this, but in this case it’s a simple game based purely on luck. Let’s explore it and share where you can play it for real cash.
Base Game
A game like Mines Dare2Win doesn’t have any bonuses or features, so it’s a very simple structure.
You start by deciding how much you want to wager (with minimum bet at a totally accessible 20 cents a round), how big a game board you wish to play, and how many mines are on the board. The ratio of mines to safe spaces will determine the pay structure of the game.
Then, you start picking spaces. Anytime you find a diamond, your potential prize increases. You can stop after any diamond to collect the prize you’ve accumulated to that point. But if at any point you find a mine, the game ends and you win nothing. So part of the strategy is to determine when to lock in a win, or when to continue pressing your luck.
In this way it has some similarity to Crash Games like DraftKings Rocket, where you are also trying to balance maximizing your potential win with cashing out before the game ends (the crash in Crash Games).
But here, you have more specific control as you can think about it, see what the next pick could pay you if you avoid the Mines, displayed above the grid showing the next five prize outcomes or successful picks. Because you control the number of mines and the size of the board, you can tinker with things to see what makes sense for you.
The game can have a pretty high RTP relative to other casino games, so it tends to be a pretty good gamble as well.
