Earlier versions of Mighty Cash in the casino gave players more control than the more recent ones do. Those who are less familiar with them could find the betting options a bit confusing:
What does the coin activation feature mean on Mighty Cash?
Patti T.
On those earlier versions, the betting buttons had two rows. The first one was a series of buttons letting you select which coin level you wish to have activated. The second one was your bet multiplier, which impacted both the coins and the symbol pays.

Effectively, the coin activation lets you decide how much you want to bet towards the Mighty Cash hold and spin bonus. A lower coin bet means the coin prizes that land will be lower, whereas a higher coin bet means higher coin prizes can land.
This matters in that the value of this is only unlocked in the bonus, but you have to make that wager every spin, so if you go a long time without a bonus, your bankroll will burn down faster if you’re betting higher on the coins, vs. could survive longer if you’re betting lower.
The ability to select the coin value range is unusual in that you can unlock very affordable bets at higher denominations. You can bet as low as 40 cents a spin on the nickel denomination and 80 cents a spin on the dime denomination of many of those earlier Mighty Cash versions, something not possible on the more recent iterations.
It therefore functions a bit like a better bonus bet – bet up and your bonus will have more value, but of course like any increased bet you are paying for that privilege. The expected payback over time doesn’t change, so betting more or less won’t improve a slot’s overall return to player.
