As Brian Christopher’s biggest casino win of all time continues to filter through the community, we are receiving more questions curious about exactly how that worked out. For those who have yet to see it, let’s start by sharing that video again:
With that out of the way, here’s a question we’ve been getting about the bonus and the Crazy Chickens game in general:
The bonuses are multiplier and jackpot. How did you get an instant bonus that wasn’t active?

The game Brian was playing has three bonus upgrades, labeled Jackpots, Multipliers and Instant Win. Some were under the impression that the only way to collect all the egg prizes was through the Instant Win upgrade.
The Instant Win upgrade allows you to collect a reel’s worth of eggs when it appears, and it does offer a Win All egg that collects everything. So all of the abilities in that particular upgrade is focused on the collecting of prizes that have landed and locked in place.
What some don’t realize, but it’s explained in the pay table, is that the Multipliers upgrade, which Brian did activate, also has an Instant Win feature, which awards all the eggs when it lands, above and beyond the ability to multiply prizes on the reels.
So that means two out of the three upgrades have the ability to collect all the prizes on the board, aside from their more traditional ability to multiply or collect a single column. This is one of the differences that makes Crazy Chickens a more volatile game than many of the hold and spin bonuses that are out there.
Imagine being able to trigger both the Instant Win and Multiplier bonuses, and continuing to collect reels, multiply reels AND win all on either of them – it could build those eggs up, and the amount won, quite quickly.
So hopefully that helps explain how Brian was able to accomplish it. It’s likely something that doesn’t come out very often, but in this case it took what was already an exceptional bonus and took it to the next level.
