The free gift is an essential part of the offer structure of many casino complimentary programs. The gifts tend to vary in type to try to draw the attention and interest of different types of players and people.
So we asked players on our Flip The Switch social page on Facebook, what free gift offer is your favorite? Here’s some of the answers we received:
Free Play
Some players like good ol’ free over offers, and will even take the free play instead of a gift at times. We’re certainly guilty of this when the gift isn’t in our wheelhouse… or we’ll purposely show up at the end knowing they’ve run out and will give free play:
- Normally, I take the free play in place of the gift, unless it’s something I could use. Wayne D.

Yolanda’s answer of concert tickets was echoed by a couple of other players, in fact – which is an interesting response given another player’s recent question about entertainment at the casino.
Bedding Sets
One gift we see often in the rotation is the bedding set. Assuming it’s a size that fits your bed (which doesn’t always work out), it can be a great option if you’re in the market for new sheets, pillows and a duvet:
- Bedding! I love new pillows, new sheets and new comforters!!! Must be a Canadian thing, lol Leslie W.
- Bedding! I once got two really nice down comforters. I feel like the kitchen stuff is generally stuff I already have. I know in places like Reno they do alcohol giveaways. Wine and liquor. That would be nice too! Especially if it is early in your vacation. Angela C.
