Win/loss statements from a casino can be a helpful reflection about how your casino trips have been faring. Most often, players take a look at them after the conclusion of a year, but sometimes check-ins while a year is in progress can be helpful:
Can I request the win loss record midyear from my casino?
Mike B.
Casino policy varies, but oftentimes this is a feature that is available. Some companies, like MGM, have real-time win/loss reporting, so you can see how you did on a trip before you’ve even made it back home.
On the other hand, Caesars doesn’t post your win/loss record for a given year until around February 1 of the following year – no mid-year reporting is available.

Size of the casino company matters less than their IT investments. You can see win/loss information from a casino like Circa in downtown Las Vegas, but some other downtown casinos don’t even have an online portal to log in and retrieve it – you have to request it manually.
As such, it really comes down to what your casino supports. And when the automated online solutions aren’t there, there’s always the chance of requesting that information from the casino, either by an online request, or in person from a host or cashier.
The data is captured, so it’s in there somewhere, but it may simply have not been built out in a way that makes it accessible to us easily. And how much a casino’s willing to invest time to answer your question can also determine whether, as a policy, they’re able to offer that information up readily or not, even upon request. So then it becomes up to an individual if they’re able or willing to help you with that answer.
But usually one way or another, it can be retrieved, whether through easy tools or through a sympathetic staff member who can get you the answer to your question.
