AGS has come on strong in recent years with 3-reel slots, and 3x Ultra Diamond is a great example of this. It’s all about the jackpots and line hits here – no bonuses or features pulling money away from the main event.
Base Game
3x Ultra Diamond is a 3-reel, 9-line slot, a common configuration for this sort of game. Minimum bet is 5 cents, when doing 5 cent denomination and 1 line, or 45 cents for all nine lines active.
Similar to other games of this type, there are primarily bars and 7s as symbols, with three different colored 7s and two different bar symbols. Mixed 7s and mixed bars in a line do pay, so that helps provide some additional wins.
There’s also three different colored wild symbols, which can help connect things. One wild symbol, the yellow wild, has a 3x multiplier when one appears on a line, and if two appear on a winning line it boosts the win by 9x.
Adding to the potential, some 7s and bars can have multiplier watermarks on their symbols of 2x through 5x. If a winning line includes at least one of these multipliers, the win will be multiplied. Should two or more multipliers appear on a winning line, they are multiplied together (ex: a 3x and a 5x would make 15x). The biggest multiplier possible is 75x.
Three of a kind wilds offer their own potential jackpots, with three of the same colored wilds offering substantially higher jackpot prizes than three mixed wilds. Online, the prizes for the various wilds are flat jackpots that change proportionally with your bet.
There’s no bonuses or features to speak of, so all the money is found within these line hits and jackpots.
