The Basics

88 Fortunes Slots leverages a popular and familiar brand to slots players – the 88 Fortunes series of slots. Those slots, and others from Light & Wonder, make up the foundation of this app, which is available on mobile devices only (iOS and Android).

This particular social casino leans in somewhat into the Asian-themed slots that are so popular nowadays, but it doesn’t stop there. Incorporated in the nearly 100 options are incredibly popular slots and some old classics for good measure.

88 Fortunes Slots Selection

88 Fortunes Slots is still growing its slot library. But what it does have is already an incredible start. You’ll find popular casino slots such as Dancing Drums, Ultimate Fire Link and Huff N’ Puff. You’ll also find popular brands like Monopoly and The Flintstones! New slots are added to the app multiple times a month.

One cool thing about this app is that all slots are unlocked from the very beginning – you don’t need to level up to access some of the slots. This means all of the slots we described, and many more, are available now – just choose your favorite and play!

The lobby is organized into two areas – the front end is groupings of slots by themes, features and popularity. Then, a second section of slot listings follows for even more choices.

Collecting Free Coins

To play, you’ll need coins. Fortunately, the 88 Fortunes Slots app gives you a number of ways to collect free coins regularly:

• Daily Wheel Spin: Your first visit of the app daily will open the Daily Wheel Spin, where you can spin for free coins. Plus, each day you visit, multipliers are added, which can boost what you spin on the wheel.
• Hourly Bonus: Every two hours you can collect your hourly bonus to top up your coin balance. Every few times you collect you’ll get a bonus that offers a wheel of its own, the Dragon Wheel, which multiplies your bonus up to 10 times the amount!
• Leveling Up: As you spin, you’ll earn experience that helps you level up. Each time you level up you’ll receive free coins as a reward.
• Daily Missions: Four daily missions await you. Completing all four missions yields a silver card, and the opportunity to complete two bonus missions for more free coins. Complete both bonus missions and receive a gold card. Cards yield rewards every Monday.
• Fortune Chests: Collect coins whenever you open a Fortune Chest! Biggest chests and higher level chests award bigger coin rewards.
• Lucky Paw: Complete Lucky Paw levels to receive Fortune Chests that include free coins.
• News Flash: News Flash gives you the latest updates on what’s happening in the app. Check it regularly for other rewards as well!
• Time-Limited Quests: Additional side quests will activate in the app periodically. Completing tasks will yield rewards such as free coins, chips or Fortune Chests.
• 88 Fortunes Slots Facebook Community: Stay connected with the 88 Fortunes Slots app on Facebook and you’ll be rewarded with periodic free coin awards.

Buying Coins

If you run out of coins but wish to keep playing, there are a few options for buying more coins:

• Coin Store: The coin store will have a set of options for players at various price levels, a great place to start.
• Special Deals: Special Deals can offer you additional coins at times thanks to a multiplier, so it’s always worth checking what you have available!
• Piggy Bank: The Piggy Bank fills up as you spin, and when full can be a great deal relative to other offers – you just need to fill it up to claim it’s maximum potential!

News Flash

Social casino apps are always offering something new, which can make it hard to keep up. Fortunately, the 88 Fortunes Slots app has a News Flash area, indicated by that little lightning bolt, which will let you know what special limited-time quests are going on, any special sales, new slot releases and more. And, for checking News Flash, you’ll even find some rewards for the taking!

To see what’s new in the app, look for the News Flash button on the main screen (pictured at right, and you’ll be able to see the latest News Flash items.

Fortune Chests

Aside from winning on the slots itself, Fortune Chests are a core part of the app. Anytime you get a Big Win, you receive a Fortune Chest, with a prize that’s based off your bet level. So, higher bets means higher Fortune Chest prizes! Fortune Chests can also be awarded through other activities, like limited-time quests and playing Lucky Paw.

There are also different Fortune Chest sizes, with better Fortune Chests available at higher bets as well. There is a timer to unlock the Fortune Chest, with bigger Fortune Chests taking longer. At times, a faster timer will be available, speeding up how long it takes to unlock a chest.

You have four positions to hold chests that you are working to unlock. Should your tray be full, you can opt to replace one of the four chests (great if your new chest is significantly better than one that currently has a slot), or you can speed up the timer.

Lucky Paw

Lucky Paw is the core mini-game that’s available as you play. Opening chests and participating in other activities on the game will yield Chips, which allow you to look for fish within the Lucky Paw mini-game.

As you collect fish, you complete levels that award Chests, containing prizes like coins and more chips to keep playing Lucky Paw. But watch the timer – as you level up, you have a limited amount of time to complete the next level. If you are unsuccessful, you move down a level.
