Sometimes an unusual event can elevate a casino experience to something truly unique and memorable. Sometimes the company you keep can make a day magical, and the casino just becomes part of that experience.
We asked players on the Flip The Switch Facebook page their favorite casino memory and got a lot of amazing examples. Here’s a few we particularly enjoyed:
- The best memories I will ever have are the times my sisters and I go to the casino together once a year. I live in Indiana and they live in Missouri so I only get home once a year. Mindy G.

My first experience seeing Brian Christopher he won “16” big jackpots in the same night! I believe it was his best night of playing! My husband could hear what was happening while he was watching football. He ended up turning the TV all the way down and watched with me! That memory will always be stuck in my head! I sat at a machine at Cactus Pete’s in Jackpot, NV that wouldn’t stop paying out! My husband and two cousins told me I wasn’t allowed to leave the machine as they went to dinner. They brought my dinner to me and watched me win a big jackpot! I jumped up and danced around like a girl on fire! It was also my birthday. Best present & memory ever!! Little Shop of Horror’s!!
We think you’re right Bev that we’re not sure he’s achieved that many jackpots since – it’s certainly an exceptional night to cross 10! But what we love most is your own lucky streak, and that your family was supportive of your riding out the hot streak :) Congratulations!
Been gambling for 20 years. Last year i finally got my first hand pay—playing original dancing drums. 88 cents and got the grand for 13,000 dollars. Amazing
