In previous articles here on Flip The Switch we’ve shared that Brian Christopher’s husband, Marco, is a co-founder of the BC Ventures business that encompasses the various things that Brian and his team works on. A player was curious about how it all works:
I know that Marco works for BCSlots, but how does that work? Does he get to travel with you everywhere? It would be really hard on me to not have my spouse with me 24/7. Just wondering how ya’ll make it work.

This topic strikes a chord, because prior to working together, Brian and Marco’s time together had been dwindling for several years as the BCSlots phenomenon began to explode. The idea of co-building a company came, above all else, from the desire to have a family life and to take the “feeling of home” on the road.
Still, it’s a great question whose answer is regularly evolving. For instance, Marco traveled quite a bit with Brian in 2024 (upwards of 75% of the time!), so for 2025 he is being intentional about spending more time closer to home in order to support the office team as it grows.
Even with that adjustment, Marco will be traveling with Brian more than half the time in 2025, accompanying him to help execute bigger events, cruises and personal occasions like Brian’s upcoming Birthday Party in Las Vegas. And as life goes, Marco is there to support Brian in person outside of work and spend time as a couple when they’re on trips as well for that important work/life balance.
In a dynamic environment, being together in the same location doesn’t always mean being together physically – Brian’s often filming in the casino while Marco’s conducting business calls or negotiating contracts. The fact that their skills complement each other in running the business makes for a well-oiled machine, but that also means that they tend to work separate tracks for some parts of the day.
Of course, as co-owners of the business, they do work together, discuss (and sometimes debate) various questions and decisions they want to make around vision and direction, as well as what projects to prioritize (it may not surprise some to hear that we get more inquiries than we can accomplish at a time).
With Brian being the nucleus of the business and the creative lead, and Marco being more company focused and the people leader, it’s a great team that works together in life and in work, at home and on the casino trail. And in the case of a business where travel is a crucial element for a chunk of the team, it’s a natural fit for Marco to be strategically integrated there as well.

When I gamble the machine next to me always pays off big. This happens no matter what casino I go to. Should I not use my players card? This happens 9 out of ten times. I do bet high enough but not thousands at a time.
I love you guys❤️❤️ Dolly
Players cards cannot change the payback of a slot, so you can use it without fear! We’ve certainly had our moments of watching everyone around us win – those sort of situations tend to be more memorable than when you’re the one winning (unless the win is big enough to be memorable itself)!
