The Pinball series of slots has long held a place on the casino floor, and in the hearts of players. Like Double Top Dollar, a new iteration from IGT featuring nine lines has more recently popped up on casino floors, and that Pinball Double Gold version has also found its way online.

Base Game
Pinball Double Gold effectively is a marriage if a base game, Double Gold, itself a classic, is given a Pinball bonus as an add-on.
While the game is nine lines, the online bet is structured with all lines activated and a 10th credit to activate +1 shots in the bonus. In the physical casino version you can opt to not activate that 10th credit, or do less lines, but here it’s all baked in.
There’s only five base game pay table symbols – three different colored 7s and two different bars. All symbols pay mixed – you get paid for any three of a kind at all among those five symbols. But all bars or all 7s pay better, and all of the same of course pay even better. There’s no wilds here, but having the three of a kinds of any pay table symbol helps.
Some symbols feature the word double on them. When one appears in a line hit, it pays double. If two appear, it pays 4x, and of course all three pay 8x. The top prize of 2,000x your bet is awarded when you get three red 7s with the word Double on them.
There is one more obstacle though – the Pinball symbol. They can get in the way of the line hits, and you need three on a payline to trigger the bonus. So a lot of close calls and such occur.
Pinball Bonus
When three Pinball symbols appear on a pay line, the Pinball bonus is triggered. With this, you get five shots to hit targets on the Pinball board. The 500x Pinball bonus jackpot is awarded if you land five shots all into the bottom compartment.
Every shot will award a prize. In this version, since the 10th credit is active, you also have the ability to earn credits plus an additional shot.
