The Prosperity Link series has been a popular option for slot players, and with the launch of the Prosperity Link Wan Shi Ru Yi slot online by IGT PlayDigital, the series now expands to real money gaming! The time-tested Lock & Respin feature, along with the free spins bonus with wild multipliers, are a satisfying combination that will delight online players as much as those in physical casinos!
Let’s take a look at the game, and at the end we’ll share real money gaming options where you can play the game today!
Base Game
The game features a 5-reel structure with the MultiWay structure, where all ways pay. Combined with a generous allotment of wilds, along with stacked symbols, this is a game where base game pays are an important part of the equation.
The Prosperity Pot is front and center, and can help things along when you need it! It helps out during the free spins, as well as in triggering the Prosperity Respin Bonus.
Prosperity Respin Bonus
This traditional Lock & Respin bonus with a twist is triggered when you get at least six money balls. However, if you land less than six on a spin, the Prosperity Pot can assist, providing enough to reach the trigger.
Like other Lock & Respin bonuses, you start with three spins, and you attempt to lock more money balls onto the reels. Lock another money ball on the activated board, and your spin counter will reset to 3.
The hitch is that there are four boards here, and how many money balls you lock on the activated boards determines how many boards are active. It progresses as follows:
- 9 money balls: 2 activated boards
- 18 money balls: 3 activated boards
- 32 money balls: 4 activated boards
The bonus continues until you either fill all four boards with money balls, or go three spins without landing another money ball on an activated board. Then the prizes locked on the activated boards are awarded.
The money balls can award credit prizes, as well as the Mini, Minor and Major flat jackpots. Getting 15 money balls on an activated board will award the Grand progressive jackpot.
Any of the jackpots and progressive can be awarded more than once, including filling more than one activated board for more than one activated Grand jackpot. When more than one Grand is won, the first is awarded at the current value, and the remainder are awarded at the reset value.
The progressive value is unique to a particular online casino, so each online casino will have its own progressive meter. This is a particularly nice function, since many casino slots that make the jump online have their progressives stripped from the game, but that is not the case here.
Free Spins Bonus
The bonus symbols are located on reels 2, 3 and 4 – landing all three triggers a Free Spins Bonus that starts with 10 free spins.
During the free spins, the Prosperity Pot can drop wild multipliers on to the reels, assisting the ability to line up some pretty tremendous line hits. The multipliers range from 2-5x, and can be placed on reels 2-5. With the right arrangement of multipliers you can get up to a 60x multiplier!
The Free Spins Bonus can be retriggered during the bonus up to five times, yielding a total of 60 free spins.
