Our first question came off a recent video where I had a good run of luck.
If this isn’t staged then where are all the people that usually lurk around when big bonus features go off? Two bonus features in a row over 10K and it’s crickets on the floor. Juan T.
Here is a two-part answer to your question.
First, we’re in the high limit room and we film early mornings to avoid fan interruption and have a larger selection of games, but typically these rooms are full of people who prefer more privacy and are more reserved. If this happened on the main casino floor at night, you can count on a mother-sized crowd!
Second, to suggest that a casino that brings in millions of dollars in revenue a day would risk their license and the livelihoods of hundreds of employees to somehow rig a slot machine (not possible) to let a YouTuber win on a slot machine is flattering, but mostly absurd.
How do you know how much money to add to each machine? Maritza N.
The only ‘magic’ number to put in the machine is the amount in which you’re comfortable to lose. That’s it. There’s no secret sauce. Machines don’t act any differently if you put in $5 or $500. After playing for a while with no wins, then you may as well move on.
How did you feel the first time a casino wanted to name a room after? And your first thought too. Mark N.
When it’s never happened before in history for a YouTuber to get a casino space named after them, wow, what a humbling and surprising experience! Then the worry came over me, that I need to make sure this place is perfect and exciting enough to draw a crowd. Luckily it’s become a big success and fans travel from all over the world to enjoy the smokefree Brian Christopher Slots at Plaza room!
I notice how you refuse to answer the question about your losses, and whether you came anywhere close to breaking even. I’m not the only one asking… Valery W.
Well, that’s all but true. I’ve mentioned it numerous times, and even have an article written about it in the Wall Street Journal. I lose around $300,000 per year at land based casinos. I have winning streaks, but in the end, we ALL lose. There is no YouTuber especially, who is anywhere close to breaking even as well. We all lose a LOT.
I have to ask this; what’s the connection between yourself and the other players on you tube? Are you independent or do you work together? You often appear in videos together. Robin S.
We all work solo, however it’s true that many times we collab on videos or events. Just this past summer I held a meet and greet with Mr. Hand Pay, and have done numerous videos with over a dozen channels in 2024 alone. The hardest part is that we all live in different states, so that makes it more difficult to arrange – especially with so many cruises and events that we host.
Random question for those of you who live in Palm Springs.. my bestie and I will be traveling there in February to celebrate our 70th birthdays. Any suggestions as to what to see or do? Linda H.
While I do live in Palm Springs, I only spend about 10% of my year there due to travel! However a must see is the Palm Springs tramway. It has breathtaking views of the city below, but also above. There is a smokefree Agua Caliente in Cathedral City that is great on weekend nights for fun too!
Line it up,
