Calling all “old-school” slot lovers! We have a digital reel machine for you to check out! While “digital reel” might seem like a contradictory term, Everi offers up their Blazin’ Gems online iteration as an answer to more traditional games you can play outside of brick and mortar casinos.
While bonus games aren’t a feature of this title, Blazin’ Gems gives you the chance to score red hot wins thanks to the various progressive jackpots and multipliers. Before you test your luck on your own, read on to see what to look for when you take Blazin’ Gems for a spin yourself.
Base Game
Blazin’ Gems features the traditional three reel design that pays when three coordinating symbols lock into place on one of the nine paylines. These lines are clearly marked on the play screen making it easy for you to tell if symbols have landed where you want them. A little different from most traditional reel games you would find in landbased casinos, if you try out Blazin’ Gems, you must play all nine lines.
Blazin’ Gems is a 25 cent denomination game that does come with a higher minimum bet size. The minimum bet starts at $2.25 and you have the option to increase your bet multiplier from one up to three. A three times bet multiplier results in the max bet of $6.75. If you are interested in landing the progressives (more on that below) you must play at the max bet level to be eligible.
Irrespective of your bet size, if you land one or two gems on a payline, either the diamond, ruby, or citrine symbols, these become wild for all other symbols. You will still need three coordinating symbols to drop into place, but the wilds make those line hits feel a little more achievable.
Progressives and Multipliers
Progressive wins are the name of the game in Blazin’ Gems. This nine line title brings the heat when you land three of the gem themed jackpot symbols on one of the nine paylines. While you want to match the color of the symbols for a bigger win, there is a more modest progressive payout for any combination of the three as long as they are on a line. Three of the orange Citrine symbols will pay the fourth best payout, one level up from the mixed symbols. Ruby is the third best, Diamond on lines 1-8 comes in second, and matching Diamonds on line nine pays the top prize.
In addition to delicious progressive jackpots, Blazin’ Gems features fiery multipliers that can land on a line and confer big wins! These symbols are marked by a fireball and on top of that fireball is either a black 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x multiplier. While these hot multipliers can be added to any of the non-jackpot symbols, the type of symbol does dictate what multiplier might show up. The 2x can surface on the single 7 or Double Bar, 3X is reserved for 77 or the Single Bar, and 4X for Double Bar. The top multiplier, 5X, can hopefully be found by you on 777 or the Single Bar. When a variety of multipliers lock into position, you could wind up with a total line hit multiplier of up to 40X.
