Fire Buffalo is part of a strong line of Everi three-reel slot machines that don’t have too many bells and whistles. This can be great for players as all the money can be found on those three reels, yet it can still yield a good amount of excitement.
Let’s take a look at this game, and where you can play it with real money online.
Base Game
Fire Buffalo is a three-reel game with five lines. It’s a higher limit game, so the minimum denomination is quarters. You can choose to select less lines, meaning 25 cents is the smallest bet, but even a five-line option is $1.25 – accessible to many, and given the game’s structure not too onerous either.
Like many Everi games of this type, there’s three symbol types – bars, 7s, and wilds. The bars and 7s pay mixed with each other, but pay better if you match three of the same. There’s three different types of bars, and three different colored 7s.
There’s also four distinct wild types. Each wild has a multiplier on it: 10x and 5x each only appear on reel 1, 3x only appears on reel 2, and 2x only appears on reel 3. The wilds will multiply a line hit, but in this particular game one or two wilds can also pay on their own.
This can help take the edge off the game, unlike some of the other Everi games where it feels like the wilds keep appearing all over the place but don’t actually line anything up.
Respin Bonus
The game does feature a bonus of sorts, and it’s a respin bonus, similar to what you may find on red screen machines or other Everi games. The bonus can be triggered randomly on any winning spin.
In it, up to 9 respins can occur. Each respin will award at least as much as the previous spin, or more. If another respin occurs, it will equal or exceed the last respin. This yields a building prize that can be quite exciting depending on how far it goes!
With a single wild awarding credits, you can kick off respins with a tiny win and end up with a sizable one.
