An increasing number of casinos are now partnering with cruise lines to offer free cruise offers to their players as one of the giveaways they can float. The cruise offers, like any other offers, are extended to players based on their level of play.
Cruise lines will give the casinos criteria on who they would like to woo with the free cruise, and that’s who will get extended an offer to pick up a voucher.

This can be great for players who get these offers, because if they’ve never taken a cruise before, this can make accessible a comp for that first cruise, and then once a player has sailed with a cruise line (and of course gambled, because that’s how offers are generated), they can have additional offers made available to them for further cruising opportunities.
The biggest challenge can be not all players can necessarily make it to the event to get the voucher. Other issues can be availability of cruises, as there tends to be a set list to choose from, and also the selection of cruise line that the casino is partnering with to extend the offer.
There are ways to leverage those cruise offers to your advantage, however, if what they’re offering isn’t specifically what you’re looking for. For instance, Carnival Cruise Line® offers Fun Match, which lets you submit your higher tier casino cards and cruise offers to show your eligibility to them; they in turn will set you up for a discounted or FREE* cruise for sailing on one of Carnival Cruise Line’s many options across the fleet.
And, once you sail with Carnival, future offers can be made available based on your play, which can make future cruises even more rewarding!
*Free cruise offers do not include port taxes, fees, add-ons and gratuities.

I cruise another line and go on free cruises all the time. We belong to the lines’ casino club and get offers all the time. All we pay are taxes and port fees. So for around $400. we can get a 7 night cruise in a junior suite with our gratuities prepaid. Going on 5th and 6th free cruises this spring.
That’s great, Lynn, and you note something important – after you get established with a cruise line, offers tend to follow, just like at land-based casinos. So if you get that first cruise on offer it can set the table for more to come!
I play at Ceasars Indiana Grand and it’s to far away from water to get an offer like this.
Hey Steve! Many casinos offer this, not just ones near cruise ports, but aside from that there’s also Carnival Fun Match! Visit http://www.BCSlots.com/cruises and look for the Fun Match button. All you have to do is show your best casino offer and/or players card and they’ll offer a discounted, or even free*, cruise! And then once you’re established with a cruise line, you can be eligible for offers for future cruises!
We are excited! Going on our first cruise on The Carnival Mardi Gras this Jan 27, 2024! We were given a Free Cruise offer from Soaring Eagle Casino where we frequently play slots at in Mount Pleasant, Michigan! Haven’t even been on this one yet and we just received another free cruise offer which we have until Feb 14th to call n claim. Lol!
It’s the best way to get started cruising, Arletta! Just wait until you complete your first cruise – the cruise lines will then start offering you direct offers as well!
